  • Every cleaning service is different, policy applies differently based on the actual conditions of the property, location, time and type of cleaning requested. Not all properties take the same amount of time, and some might need extra tools, products and cleaning supplies to get the service done properly and efficiently. We highly recommend requesting your estimate in advance.

    • Reschedules: 48hrs notice prior to the cleaning service booked to avoid forfeited deposit
    • Cancellations: Cancel 72hrs to 48hrs prior cleaning service booked to get deposit refunded
    • Deposit to secure appointment: Request your estimate, it shows the percentage that applies to you if any. A 30%, 50% or 100% deposit is required, based on the type of service required. Utilize stunninglcs@gmail.com to complete your booking process or contact directly +1 416-427-1867. No deposit, no booking, no exceptions, avoid losing deposits and automatic cancellations.
    • Refund of deposit: Full refund when you cancel 48hrs to 72hrs prior to the cleaning service booked.
    • Remaining balance: Complete full payment of the remaining balance on the same day once the cleaning service is done. No exceptions, avoid penalties or extra charge due to late payments.
    • Payment Methods: E-transfer or Cash. For deposits, remaining balance and full payments. Utilize stunninglcs@gmail.com . Debit and credit payment options available. Consult details with our team when booking your cleaning service or contact directly +1 416-427-1867.
    • Forfeited deposit and Automatic cancelation: No shows, short notice cancelation or reschedule, 15 minutes delay when gaining access to the property booked for a cleaning service. After 15 minutes of wait becomes a “no show” and staff need to continue to the next cleaning service in schedule.
    • Last minute bookings: 50% to 100% deposit to secure service and additional fee might apply depending on the location and type of cleaning requested.
    • Additional Fees Might Apply: Severe mess, overnight service, before or after hrs cleaning service, last minute/urgent cleaning service solicited within 24hrs, delays on payments, delays by getting late access to the property.

  • ° Loyalty cards, enjoy of a free standard cleaning service once is full or you can exchange it for a gift card with the same value of your usual cleaning service and you can choose to save it for later or gift it to a friend or family so they can receive that one free cleaning service. Stamps aren’t combinable with other promotions or discounts you get a stamp every time you pay regular price.

    ° Referrals, get 20% off on your next standard cleaning service once your friend or family you recommended us to has booked and used our services. Referral discounts can be accumulated and used all together for one express-standard cleaning or separately 20% off on each future cleaning service and pay just the remaining.

    ° 20%off on your first cleaning service when you book three weekly or biweekly cleaning services in advance and make 20% deposit (nonrefundable) to secure your bookings.

    ° Gift cards, you can acquire one or multiple gift cards and use them eventually, the expiration ranges from 3, 6, 9 or 12 months to use it. You can also gift it to a friend or family or anyone who might also need it.

    ° Memberships, StunningLCS members, enjoy of our regular basis cleaning discounts by loading your card once a year and simply use it as often as you want, set up your regular basis cleanings at once and for the rest of the year worry free, securing your long-term cleaning service and let’s get that responsibility out of the way. Forget about missing of booking a cleaning or having to think about that extra task often when booking multiple times and annoying payments on the day of the cleaning. You can also choose to recharge it every few months, every month or simply as many times as you would like to do it to secure your cleaning services ahead. Use our virtual calendar to select your cleaning dates or simply give us a call and we help you to add them on the calendar for you.

We have done it for years and will continue doing it at no additional cost and if permitted by our wonderful costumers, we occasionally gift free amenities such as replacement of brand new clear shower curtains, all purpose cleaners, glass cleaners, wood cleaners, multiuse cleaning brushes, disposable and reusable cleaning towels, replacement of dishwash sponges, additional garbage bag for every trash can in the property, disposable dusters and also occasional 30 min to 1hr worth of time to do extra cleaning for free and when you have in stock of your own personal cleaning supplies, we offer to help with refilling all bottles/dispenser such as dish soap, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash as well as putting toilet paper in all washrooms and paper towels in kitchen if you decide so.
