Express-basic cleaning service is done on a regular basis (one or multiple cleanings per week)
We service offices, Airbnb and family homes, where we completely clean kitchens, bedrooms, bathrooms, dining areas, and living rooms. All surfaces and floors of the property are cleaned, and all trash cans are emptied. Optional, you can add on deep clean of specific items or areas to upgrade your cleaning package.
Standard-Regular basis cleanings are done weekly, biweekly, once every few weeks, or maximum once a month where cleaning is lightly detailed. All floors are vacuumed and mopped and all the areas such as the kitchen, dining area, bar, bathrooms, powder rooms, bedrooms, den, living room, toy room, office space, gym/fitness area, entryway, hallways, staircase, closets, laundry room, furnace, and other areas are cleaned and sanitized. Optional, you can add on deep clean of specific items or areas to upgrade your cleaning package.
Deep cleanings are suggested to get done monthly, or every three to six months, booking a full or half deep cleaning service is recommended, we clean the interior and exterior of all furniture and appliances as well as vacuum and mop every area of the property.
Deep cleaning applies for move in/move out services, post construction, and post renovation, where we deeply clean all of the areas such as kitchen, dining area, bar, bathrooms, powder rooms, bedrooms, den, living room, toy room, office space, gym/fitness area, entryway, hallways, staircases, closets, laundry room, furnace, garage, and more. (Exclusion of specific items or areas available on request).

Dust all vents, heaters, fans, light fixtures, ceilings, mirrors, doors, walls and baseboards
Vacuum excess of sawdust, dust and wipe down interior and exterior of all cup boards, cabinets, drawers, closets, furniture and more
Dust and clean washrooms, all the stairs, easy to reach inside windows
Dust, clean kitchen area, range hood and all the appliances
Wash tile walls and floors after residues has been removed
Clean and Polish shower head, pipe, toilet flusher, towel holders, mirrors, light switches and other extra accessories
Vacuum and mop all stairs, floors after removing all type of residues
